These Boots Are Made for Flying?

Bags are packed and my boots are on, needless to say I ready for my flight to good ol' Kansas! I'll be there for an extended time this time and have aspirations to blog each day (each year I try and post every day during the month of August.) So let's see how that goes. Also I hope a post-a-day doesn't get annoying to those who receive my blog posts via email. Eeeek! Don't hate me! Well, at least don't hate me for something like that, choose something a little bit more legitimate please.
