I felt like a mad scientist making my first quiche. I decided I could do it without a recipe. A little milk, a lot of eggs, some bacon, loads of cheese (blended cheddar and mozzarella), bits of spinach, a hint of butter, dash of salt and pepper and then a little more milk...ew too thin, bit more cheese.
Surprisingly you can't go wrong with cheese, bacon and pie crust, who would've thought right? Very forgiving meal. I always thought quiche was a healthy choice and maybe normal quiche is healthy but my quiche is evidently not that healthy.
